Privacy policy

Email address, Telegram username (paid orders), files you send (images, videos, references), descriptions of your requests, and order details (number, amount, dates). ZYRREVO does not collect any bank details: payments are processed by Stripe.

To create and deliver your order, send you emails about it (confirmation), deliver your creations on Telegram, handle your complaints and meet our accounting obligations. Your files are not used for any other purpose and are never sold.

Files you send and the creations are kept for [To be completed: file retention period] and then deleted. Billing data is kept for the period required by law.

Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Telegram (delivery of creations), and the AI tools used to produce the creations.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Write to [To be completed: contact email address] quoting your order number. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

The public website does not use any advertising or audience-measurement cookies.

It only sets one preference cookie, zyrrevo_lang, which remembers the site language (French or English) for 12 months. It contains no personal data and is used solely to display the site in the language you chose: as it is strictly necessary, it does not require consent. You can change the language at any time with the FR | EN switcher, or delete this cookie in your browser.

On your first visit, the language is chosen based on the country our hosting provider derives from your IP address; this country is neither recorded nor stored.
