Terms and conditions of sale

ZYRREVO offers a made-to-order image and video transformation service using artificial intelligence tools. The customer sends their files and describes the transformation they want; ZYRREVO creates the result and delivers it on Telegram.

5-photo pack (up to 5 photo transformations) — €9 incl. VAT. Video: 1 video transformation — €6 incl. VAT.

The photo pack allows up to 5 transformations in a single order; unused transformations are neither carried over nor refunded.

Loyalty programme: each paid 5-photo pack entitles the customer to 3 free photo transformations, up to a maximum of 15 (5 packs). The customer requests them on the “My free transformations” page with the email used for their purchases and their Telegram username: the 5-photo packs paid with that email are found automatically. ZYRREVO reviews each request manually and may refuse it if the associated orders have not been paid or have already been used for another request.

Orders are placed without creating an account, using an email address. Payment is made online via Stripe. An order is only confirmed once payment has actually been approved; a confirmation email showing the order number is then sent.

Each creation is made by hand, to order. The result is delivered between 10 minutes and 12 hours after payment is confirmed, including for orders placed overnight. This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on the complexity of the request.

The customer guarantees that they hold the rights to the files they send and have the consent of the people who appear in them. Requests that are illegal, that infringe the rights or dignity of others, or that are sexual, violent, hateful, or intended to deceive or cause harm (identity theft, fake documents, etc.) are refused.

ZYRREVO reserves the right to refuse a request, in which case the order is refunded.

The creation is personalised digital content made to the customer's specifications. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by confirming their order the customer requests its immediate performance and expressly waives their right of withdrawal as soon as work on it has begun.

The creation is sent on Telegram, to the username given when ordering. Any complaint can be made by replying to the order confirmation email or by writing to [To be completed: contact email address], quoting the order number. AI-generated results may differ somewhat from the request; if a result clearly does not match it, ZYRREVO will offer a correction or a refund.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, consumer customers may use the consumer mediator free of charge: [To be completed: name and contact details of the mediator].
