Do I need an account?+
No. Your email address and Telegram username are all we need: email for your order confirmation, Telegram to send you your creation.
Which files can I send?+
JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC photos (20 MB max per image). MP4, MOV or WEBM videos (50 MB max).

Which requests do you refuse?+
Illegal content, images of people without their consent, and sexual, violent, hateful or deceptive content intended to cause harm. If we can't fulfil a request, we'll contact you by email.
